There's a small moment that tells you whether a business has its act together: someone asks for their logo.
The unprepared version: a blurry screenshot, cropped from a business card, on a white background that turns into a white box the moment it's placed on an event banner.
The prepared version: a folder with the logo in every format the world will ask for — transparent PNG, vector, a dark-background variant, a square icon for social — plus the exact brand colours and fonts written down.
This costs almost nothing at launch and saves you constantly afterwards: every sponsorship, directory listing, embroidered shirt, and partner website will ask for it. And when everything you publish uses the same colours and type, you look established even at month one. Consistency reads as competence.
This is item 6 of 9 on our Business Launch Bundle checklist — your logo prepared in every format, social banners, and a one-page brand sheet.
