Fair questions
Yes. Every product here is sold on its own. The Launch Bundle simply packages the three setup products with 3 months of Starter Care for less.
Software licences such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are billed separately at exactly what the vendor charges, with no markup. Our prices also assume your chosen domain is available at the standard registration price, so a premium domain, or one bought from its current owner, is charged at cost on top. We show you every one of those numbers before you commit.
Starter Care is for founders working alone or with one or two others: up to 2 hours of help a month. Tech Team is for businesses with staff: unlimited help for everyone, faster response times, and new hires and leavers handled for you.
We can, as an optional add-on to the Launch Bundle. We file your business name registration or incorporation through the Ontario Business Registry, and you pay the government fee at cost plus a $200 service fee. Your accountant or lawyer should advise on which structure to choose before we file.
On Tech Team, critical issues (a system is down) get a first response within 1 hour, urgent issues (someone can't work) within 4 hours, and everything else the same business day. Starter Care requests are answered the same business day. These are response times, not fix times.
