Conflict Minerals Statement

Our position

FourSight Technologies Inc. does not manufacture products. We supply computers, peripherals and related equipment made by established manufacturers and purchased through authorized distributors. These products can contain tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (“3TG”), minerals whose extraction and trade can finance armed conflict or be linked to serious human rights abuses in conflict-affected and high-risk areas, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries.

Our commitment

We are committed to sourcing products that do not contribute to conflict or human rights abuses. We support the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and expect the manufacturers we buy from to apply it.

What we do

• We buy from manufacturers and authorized distributors that publish responsible minerals sourcing policies and conflict minerals reports.
• We favour manufacturers that participate in industry programs such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative.
• On request, we obtain manufacturers’ Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRT) for the products we supply to a client.
• If we become aware that a product line is linked to conflict minerals, we will raise it with the manufacturer and, if the risk is not addressed, stop supplying that product.
• Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires hardware suppliers to source minerals responsibly.
